Der Drahtlosnetzwerkdienst wird von den Eigentümern zur Verfügung gestellt und liegt ganz in ihrem Ermessen. Ihr Zugang zum Netzwerk kann aus jeglichem Grund jederzeit gesperrt, ausgesetzt oder beendet werden.
Sie stimmen zu, das drahtlose Netzwerk nicht für illegale Zwecke zu nutzen jedoch aber die volle Verantwortung für Ihre Handlungen zu übernehmen.
Das drahtlose Netzwerk wird „wie besehen“ ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder implizite Garantie bereitgestellt.
